Technological, economic, demographic and fiscal developments as well as the globalisation of the economic and financial system have been leaving a profound impact on economy and occupation. The consequences - with a certain time lag - are even noticeable in the labour market. infas accompanies these developments continuously since 1968 with surveys for different clients. The variety of services ranges from surveys about the economic situation of employees to job security and mobility (flexibility) up to education and life-long learning".
