Telephone Surveys

The infas call centre's infrastructure consists of 170 CATI work stations on a floor area of 1,050 sqm. The total duration of interviews amounts up to 170,000 net minutes per week.

Further service characteristics of the infas call centre:

  • obligatory pretest,
  • obligatory interviewer trainings for each survey,
  • possibility for clients to listen in the interviews, if required,
  • special strategies to improve coverage,
  • survey-specific organisation of contact history,
  • survey-related interviewer training concerning handling objections,
  • survey-specific identification of selectivity effects,
  • survey-specific integration of the supervisors into the project team.
