infas is member of Arbeitskreis Deutscher Markt- und Sozialforschungsinstitute e.V. (ADM). ADM is a business association representing the interests of private-sector market and social research agencies in Germany. ADM members account for more than 80 percent of industry turnover. ADM is the only association of this kind in Germany.
At international level, the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR) is the interbranch organisation representing market and social research. infas is one of more than 4,900 members from over 120 countries.
We support the interbranch organisations' Initiative Markt- und Sozialforschung (Initiative Market and Social Research), which set itself the task to improve the public's familiarisation with the work of German market and social research institutions and thus to increase the publics' willingness to participate in surveys.
